Thank you for reading along with me as I continue on this migraine-y journey! I’ve loved hearing from you and staying in touch with you here.
I’m excited to tell you about a new project I’ve been working on recently. In 2019, I started this blog because I wanted to write about the hilarity of daily life with chronic pain and disability. What I didn’t expect was for my posts to connect to a larger story, and to encourage many of you along the way, or at least make you laugh. So as I started taking more time to write (I’ve even started a memoir), I asked myself, How should I keep telling this story?
The answer, for now, is something I’m calling Oops, My Brain. It’s a free email newsletter powered by Substack where I write funny things about having a terrible disease. If you subscribe, it comes right to your inbox, and you can easily share it with your friends by forwarding the email or posting it on social media. You can also reply to the emails to talk with me–I always enjoy hearing from you!
I think of Oops, My Brain as the next step in the evolution of this blog. The posts I’m writing are for a wider audience, and less focused on sharing detailed updates about my health.
So, it’s going to be a little quiet around here. I’ll leave Yellow Grippy Socks up for the time being, but if you want to continue reading what I write, please join me on Oops, My Brain! Use the buttons below to check it out, or click here.
Love,
Natalie
